Quarried records aggregate counts of referring website domains, page views and actions, such as saving a stone or opening an inquiry. These counts do not contain your name, email, search text or project description. We do not use analytics cookies or build individual visitor profiles. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

Shortlists are saved on your device. Share links contain stone identifiers, not contact details.

If you submit an inquiry, your details and selected stones or producer are stored in a private inquiry log accessible to the site owner, Bintao Qin. They are used to respond about your request. We only forward contact and project details to a producer with your permission. Asking to receive a shortlist does not subscribe you to marketing.

When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the recipient address and email content to deliver shortlist emails and inquiry notifications. Email-only shortlist requests are not treated as sourcing inquiries unless you ask for help.

To limit abuse, the server temporarily retains a hash derived from an IP address and an hourly time window; expired entries are removed as requests are processed. This is separate from analytics. Hosting providers also process technical request information to operate the website.
